Print Lobby™ offers complete access control to the Administrator of your customized web-2-print portal. Once your Print Lobby is setup, you are able to grant access to only the users that your Administrator approves, meaning you decide whether a new user is able to charge to the company account or pay for their own print.  The features available are easy to use, easy to understand and can eliminate the headache of dealing with constant requests for regularly ordered printed materials by allowing authorized individuals access to place print orders as needed.
